How many activities do you need?
For a two-hour party, plan 5–7 activities and have 2 backups. The station-based approach works best: set up the magic mirror in one corner, a craft at the table, a game in the middle, and a scavenger hunt for when they need to move. Kids drift between stations at their own pace. Nobody gets bored, nobody gets over-excited, and you don't need to manage transitions.
